Cancellation policy
- By sending this form you accept the registration, payment and cancellation policies.
- The deadline date for cancellations is October 5th 2011.

- All cancellations received before October 5th 2011 will be charged with a 30% of the total amount as administrative fees.
- After that date, no refund will be accepted.
- Reimbursements will be processed within 60 days after the Congress.
- Registrations cannot be transferred to another delegate.
