OTHER SPONSORSHIP ALTERNATIVES
RECEPTION COCKTAIL
  • To be held on November 27 for 700 participants at one of the main rooms of the Panamericano hotel.
  • 4 banners will be displayed at the main room with the spnsor’s image and special announcement at the final program.
CONFERENCE BAGS
  • Each delegate will receive a conference bag with the Congress and sponsor's company logo. The sponsor may also introduce a small company brochure. (1.500 bags)
COFFEE BREAKS SERVICES
  • Two coffee break services will be served per day. Signs with the company logo will be hanged and a special announcement in the final program will be included. Complete service per day.
EXCLUSIVE SYMPOSIA
  • We offer the possibility to hold a two hour exclusive Symposia. The organization will provide a special room with AV equipment and two banners at the entrance with the sponsor’s image and the announcement at the final program. Speakers expenditures, catering and simultaneous translation is not included.
AV RECEPTION OFFICE
  • At this office all speakers may check their presentations and through a wifi system can be received at the design conference room. A special banner will be displayed at the entrance of this room with the sponsor’s image and during the breaks, the logo and image of the sponsor company will be projected at the conference rooms.
FINAL PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENT
  • Originals provided by the sponsor must be approved by the Organizing Committee.
